Melissa Riqueros is the Broker/Owner of Almaden Property Management and has lived in the Almaden Valley area of San Jose for over 40 years and has been active in real estate in San Jose since 1989. Melissa is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and is the 2012 President of the Santa Clara County Chapter of NARPM.

Melissa’s active industry involvement helps her stay informed about the constant changes and legal requirements of landlords in California.
